We are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team at The Drumkeen Retail Park, Belfast! This is a permanent, part time role and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekend. As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers! You will also: Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work! Ideal candidateswill beenthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
