The predicted salary is between 24000 - 40000 £ per year.
The main role of the Paraplanner is to ensure the business generated by our Advisors is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Collating client information and maintaining excellent compliance standards.
- Preparing high-quality, compliant suitability letters and supporting documents.
- Preparing illustrations and reports for client meetings.
- Producing critical yield calculations.
- Using Salesforce to update and manage client information.
- Managing cases to completion using internal processing systems.
- Ensuring all business is processed in compliance with regulations.
- Supporting team members and managers, especially during absences.
- Collaborating closely with Advisors and the Paraplanning team to meet deadlines.
- Communicating effectively to maintain high client service standards.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Proactive approach and responsibility for workload.
- Knowledge of company systems (Outlook, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, iBusiness).
- Technical knowledge of pensions and investments.
- Understanding of adviser client base and financial products (ISAs, investments, bonds, trusts, gifts, retirement accounts).
- Experience in a similar administrative role.
