Own the resource planning for the software team, ensuringwe’ve got the right people on the right projects and tasks, with enough space for skill development—especially in the latest SAP features. Ensure collaborationacross teams byworking closely with various department managers to align resources and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong people management skills—think colleague development, coaching, and creating a positive work culture. Experience in resource and workload planning. A solid understanding of SAP ABAP and related deliverables. A track record in stakeholder management and problem-solving. Desirable: SAP functional knowledge within SAP Supply Chain modules.
