My clients is one of the leading recruitment agencies in London and are looking to hire Junior Recruitment Consultants to join their team.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Connecting job seekers with opportunities
• Headhunting candidates
• Business Development – winning new clients, developing existing accounts, nurturing client relationships
• Developing your own sales & negotiation skills
• Pitching, negotiating & agreeing terms of business

To be successful you\’ll need to be:

• Interested in a career in sales
• A team player and ready to work hard
• Ideally have previous experience in a sales/recruitment role
• Keen on progressing your career and working with exciting clients within tech
