Job Title: Directories and Recognitions Coordinator Location: London Salary: Competitive Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 from home Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Directories and Recognitions Coordinator to join one of our prestigious, global law firm clients as part of their dynamic, collaborative Business Development team . This role supports the firm\’s profile-raising efforts through legal directories and awards submissions. You\’ll work closely with lawyers and business development professionals across international offices, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and developing strong writing, project management, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Draft and edit high-quality directory submissions to deadline Coordinate and lead calls with partners to outline submission processes Manage timelines, calendars, and submission tracking Research and evaluate new directory opportunities Prepare partners for interviews and provide best practice guidance Analyse and report on submission outcomes Maintain templates and process documentation Requirements: Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field 2+ years\’ experience in legal, professional services, or journalism Excellent writing, editing, and organisational skills Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
