Temp to perm, Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, based in LN6, Salary £23,-£27, depending on experience

Duties

  • Drafting legal documents, including Possession Notices and Legal Letters for debt recovery.
  • Coordinating details between landlords, solicitors, and bailiffs.
  • Ensuring all documentation is % accurate and managing the process to resolution, whether through tenant payment or eviction.
  • Preparing hearing bundles for solicitor advocates, Defendants, and the Court.
  • Enforcing Court orders related to recovering possession, outstanding arrears, and legal costs.
