We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Anti-Piracy Team who will support our Anti-Piracy lab, investigators, and intelligence teams with insights gained from analyzing company and third-party data. The ideal candidate will be adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for process optimization and testing the effectiveness of different courses of action. They must have strong experience with data mining and analysis methods using various data tools. They should have a proven ability to drive business results with data-based insights and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions in large data sets and collaborating to improve business outcomes. What You\’ll Do Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting Use statistical tools to identify patterns and trends Create charts, graphs, and dashboards to represent analysis results Present findings to stakeholders through reports and visualizations Identify business challenges and formulate data-driven solutions Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and data scientists to improve processes Document data analysis processes for stakeholder understanding Stay updated with industry trends and analytical techniques Assess new data sources and gathering techniques for effectiveness Develop custom data models and algorithms for datasets What You\’ll Bring Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in querying and manipulating large datasets Experience visualizing data with tools like BigQuery, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Google Cloud Platform or other cloud providers Experience with statistical languages such as R, SQL, SPLUNK to manipulate data and extract insights Experience creating and working with data architectures Knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques Experience querying databases and using statistical languages Understanding of distributed data and computing tools Team Overview Sky\’s Group Anti-Piracy team aims to protect our content from theft and make pirated content unattractive.
