At CMS, we’re looking for a technically skilled and insight-driven Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to join our growing HR Reporting & Analytics team. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate complex HR requirements into intelligent reporting solutions—leveraging technologies like Power BI, Workday, and Excel. Strong experience developing reports in Workday or another HR technology platform. Demonstrable skills in one or more self-service BI tools, e.g. Power BI. Advanced use of Excel or similar analysis tools. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the firm. Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
