Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Support Worker at Keys Group located in Tadley. The Residential Support Worker will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with different needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Support Workers and Technical Support skills
• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures
• Experience working with individuals with diverse needs
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• First Aid certification is a plus
• Experience in a similar role in the healthcare or social care industry
