Our client, a highly respected and award-winning 5* housebuilder, is actively seeking passionate and driven New Homes Sales Advisors to join their growing team on developments across Norwich. Whether you\βre experienced in new build sales or looking to break into the industry with a strong background in estate agency, our client is looking for individuals who are confident, customer-focused, and ready to make a real impact.
Working hours:
- Thursday through to Monday (including weekends)
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be offered:
- Up to Β£30,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTEs of up to Β£55,000

New Homes Sales Advisor requirements:
- Proven experience in New Homes sales (open to Estate Agency experience)
- Self-motivated and determined to succeed against performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Able to demonstrate a strong level of customer service
- Must live no more than an hour\βs drive from Norwich
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will be:
- Following up on all sales enquiries
- Providing feedback on marketing and advertising
- Achieving sales targets, including reservations and exchanges
- Promoting additional services including solicitors and mortgage advisors
- Sales progression to exchange and completion
- Viewings
- Advising and assisting on fixtures and fittings
- Ensuring market research, price benchmarking, advertising, PR, and marketing events are undertaken proactively
- Proactively searching for customers, creating appointments, and following up leads
- Providing after-care to customers and maintaining regular contact
- Ensuring health & safety for visitors on site is in accordance with legal requirements
