Description du poste Vous êtes passionné(e) par la gastronomie, le lifestyle et les tendances marketing ? Vous avez envie de contribuer à positionner nos restaurants, bars et banquets parmi les lieux incontournables de la scène culinaire et événementielle ? Ce poste est fait pour vous ! Vos missions : En tant que F&BMarketing Supervisor, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et la promotion de l’ensemble de nos points de vente F&B et banquets : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie marketing et communication cohérente pour positionner nos restaurants, bars et services de banquets. Élaborer et exécuter des campagnes créatives pour promouvoir nos offres, nos événements spéciaux et nos services de banquets. Gérer la présence en ligne de nos points de vente, incluant les réseaux sociaux, les newsletters, et le site web, en créant du contenu engageant et en collaborant avec des influenceurs et partenaires stratégiques. Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour organiser des événements exclusifs qui renforcent l’attractivité de nos points de vente et génèrent du trafic. Mesurer les performances des actions marketing (ROI, taux d’engagement, etc.) et proposer des ajustements stratégiques basés sur les données. Être à l’écoute des tendances du marché F&B et lifestyle pour développer des idées innovantes adaptées à notre clientèle. Qualifications : Diplôme en marketing, communication, hôtellerie ou domaine connexe. Minimum 2 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement F&B Maîtrise des outils digitaux (gestion des réseaux sociaux, Google Analytics, CMS, etc.) et aptitude à analyser les données marketing. Une forte capacité à imaginer et mettre en place des concepts différenciants. Connaissance approfondie du secteur F&B et intérêt marqué pour les tendances lifestyle et culinaires.
