We are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our leading financial services organisation, which has an excellent reputation and is continuing to grow. This role is initially on a contract until September 2024, with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the company and its clients' payroll and benefit activities, ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate operations.
- Work with the wider HR team to manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client organisations, including payroll inputs and checks across several different payroll providers.
- Plan and execute tax year-end activities, including liaising with HMRC, generating P11Ds, P60s, and reconciling Directors' NI.
- Develop, refine, and manage the payroll system for optimal performance.
- Manage pension requirements across the Company and its clients in line with current provisions.
- Generate payroll reports and perform data analysis to support the business and its clients.
- Liaise with benefit providers and undertake annual benefit reviews, ensuring any benefit changes are correctly processed and reconciling benefit invoices and premiums.
- Support the wider HR team with projects, including onboarding new clients onto payroll software, including BACs setup.
