Our client is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to run a bodyshop based in Yeovil.

You must be able to demonstrate experience of:
- Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies
- Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention
- Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards
- Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets
- Producing reports as required by the Group

- Be able to use initiative
- Professional, polished, and able to confidently operate a site for clients, insurers, and partners
- Strong people leaders who can balance performance, team development, and compliance.
- Quick thinking and adaptable to a modern, tech-enabled environment.
- Enthusiastic about adopting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of five yearsβ management experience in a relevant field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and inspire staff.
