About Business Analyst Change & Transformation Midlands / Northwest based – 1 / 2 days per month on site We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst from a regulated environment (financial services, pharma, legal, etc.) to join a busy team focused on simplifying and improving processes across various business divisions. As part of a small team, you will be responsible for clarifying business problems, capturing and analysing requirements, mapping processes, and producing clear outputs that enable decision-making and drive delivery. You will take accountability for the quality and clarity of your work, managing tasks end-to-end. The role involves working across our business units within the Group Services function, reporting to the Group Change Product Manager. You will Take ownership of analysis work from scoping to delivery of clear outputs. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, problems, and opportunities. Facilitate workshops to define current (\’as-is\’) and future (\’to-be\’) processes and requirements. Develop process maps using standard methods. Translate business needs into structured requirements. Identify risks, dependencies, and options, assisting stakeholders in shaping effective solutions. Your background Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process improvement. Ability to own and deliver analysis work independently. Skilled in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders. Capable of producing clear documentation, including process maps, user stories, and business requirements. Proactive, self-managing, with effective workload planning and prioritization. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and writing user stories. Candidate profile Ideal candidates will come from medium-sized companies (250-1000 employees), with experience working across multiple divisions or subsidiaries within a regulated environment. Additional information This position is remote, but candidates should be able to meet in person once or twice a month, mainly in Leeds or Manchester areas.
