Full-time – Monday-Friday

Permanent position with a £24.5k base salary and an OTE of £29-30k.

Role summary:

You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key responsibilities:

• Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialer.
• Build rapport with customers and tailor offers to their needs.
• Achieve targets of 7-10 sales daily (90% of the team meet their targets).
• Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations.

Required skills and experience:

• 12 months experience in targeted phone sales within the last 3 years preferred, but candidates from call centres or retail sales backgrounds will also be considered.
• A quiet workspace at home and comfort with remote working.
• Desire to exceed targets while following process, compliance, and regulations.
