Key responsibilities:
- Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialer.

- Achieve targets of 7-10 sales daily (90% of the team meet their targets).
- Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations.
Required skills and experience:
- 12 months experience in targeted phone sales within the last 3 years preferred, but candidates from call centres or retail sales backgrounds will also be considered.
- A quiet workspace at home and comfort with remote working.
- Desire to exceed targets while following process, compliance, and regulations.
