Testing Electrician required for our client, a multi-discipline electrical contractor offering electrical installation, design and maintenance of Control Systems, Fire and Security, EVCP, Solar PV and Battery Charging systems for commercial, utilities and industrial clients across the North West.

You will be involved with a variety of projects, from one specific skill set to more complex multi-disciplined projects, this can include industrial factories, commercial buildings and utility sites, working mainly on LV Electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical installations, electrical testing, inspections and remedials
  • Complete safety documentation, prestart check lists and point of work risk assessments
  • Complete accurate in-house compliance documentation, job cards and electrical test sheets
  • Complete electrical isolations for all relevant works
  • Report to the Qualifying Supervisors and Electrical Site Supervisors

Based between Lancaster and Penrith.

Requirements

  • C&G Level 3, NVQ level 3, 18th Edition, 2391, JIB/ECS card
  • At least 3 years' experience within a similar role
  • Previous experience working in the water industry (beneficial)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
