We are looking for a Trainee Assistant Manager to join us at The Grand Junction in Buckingham.

The Grand Junction on Buckingham high street is a welcoming pub and large, modern restaurant with an open theatre-style kitchen, a Josper Grill, and a wood-fire pizza oven. It also features a private function room and a separate function space with its own bar. The menu is seasonal and Mediterranean-inspired, with weekly specials crafted from sustainable, quality ingredients. Our meat and poultry are from British farms, eggs are free-range, and fish is responsibly sourced from MSC-approved suppliers.
