Quantity Surveyor – Residential Projects 📍 Farnham | Projects Across Surrey, Hampshire & SW London 💼 Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Private Clients Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for high-end residential construction? We’re representing a dynamic and fast-growing construction and design business based in Farnham, seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to support their expanding portfolio of bespoke residential projects. This is a company on the rise—renowned for delivering beautifully crafted homes for private clients across Surrey, Hampshire, and South West London. With a healthy pipeline of work and a reputation for precision and quality, this is a great opportunity to take ownership and grow with the business. The Role You’ll be working on 3–5 residential projects at any given time, with individual values of up to £300k. Collaborating closely with the Director and Project Managers, you\’ll be involved from early cost planning through to final accounts—ensuring financial control, transparency, and value at every stage. Responsibilities Include: * Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation * Managing procurement of contractors, materials and subcontractor packages * Monitoring project costs, cash flow and value engineering opportunities * Conducting valuations, cost reporting and forecasting throughout the build * Managing variations, change control and final accounts * Supporting strong relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors * Ensuring commercial aspects align with high design and delivery standards About You * Experience in residential construction (new builds, refurbishments or extensions) * Proven track record of managing project finances across multiple sites * Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail * Confident in working with clients, consultants, and site teams * Able to work independently while supporting wider team objectives * Located within easy reach of Farnham and regional project sites Why This Role?
