Henley Morgan is working with a growing manufacturing business seeking a proactive SAP B1 Business Analyst/Systems Manager to lead ERP improvements and integrations. Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll work across departments to enhance system efficiency and business value. The business is scaling internationally, investing in IT, and committed to change. You’ll have real influence, leadership support, and exposure to global operations and transformation projects.
Location: Lancashire (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage SAP B1 and integrations
- Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve inefficiencies
- Support automation via BPA
- Provide functional and light technical support (SQL, SDK, C# a bonus)
- Lead process improvement and data quality initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong SAP B1 experience
- Business analysis skills
- Experience with BPA
- Excellent stakeholder management
- WMS exposure is a bonus
- Basic technical knowledge (SQL, SDK, C#) is advantageous
