We are looking for a charismatic, driven, hyper-organised people person to lead the charge. You'll be the face of Thursday in London (and its surrounding areas) - planning, hosting, and scaling our signature events each week.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who demonstrates a strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to exploring and implementing artificial intelligence tools to enhance their daily workflow and maximize efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess proven competence in creating engaging and visually appealing short-form video content, specifically reels, as well as crafting compelling written posts for various social media platforms. Furthermore, they should have demonstrable experience in effectively managing and growing a brand's presence across different social media channels, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and run the weekly event schedule in your cities - from concept to flawless execution
- Scout, secure, and manage relationships with cool, central venues that match the Thursday vibe
- Build and nurture relationships with venue owners and hospitality groups
- Help manage a part-time rep team to help host events
- Create local partnerships with gyms, wellness brands, influencers, and other communities
- Track KPIs, manage budgets, and hit performance milestones (with big rewards when you do)
- Be the energy, face, and heartbeat of the singles scene in your cities
You are:
- Naturally confident, outgoing, and genuinely love people
- Experienced in hosting, nightlife, hospitality, events or community building
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
- A hands-on leader who knows how to create hype, manage teams, and deliver unforgettable experiences

The package:
