A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager (Transactional) to join a growing business based in Guildford.

Job Description

  • Ensure reconciliations are completed between different technology platforms to ensure all relevant data is being accurately captured.
  • Assist with the setup of new clients ensuring all personnel have been provided with the relevant access.
  • Ensure clients are correctly invoiced for all costs paid on their behalf, ensuring the applicable fees have been applied and all relevant fields updated in the system.
  • Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets.
  • Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong internal and external working relationships.
  • Support with onboarding of new team members as well as ensure ongoing training and development for existing team members.
  • Be the first point of contact for escalations and team enquiries.
  • Arrange regular meetings with team members.
  • Effectively lead, manage and monitor team members ensuring customer service is delivered and maintained as well as business objectives met in a timely manner.

  • Proven ability to manage and complete complex tasks to a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • May have an accountancy qualification (AAT).
