- Provides consistent and sound advice, clearly and concisely communicating legal issues and options to business partners based on strong business knowledge.
- Executes with speed and impact by displaying an interest in, and developing an understanding of, business partners' business needs and concerns.
- Listens closely and effectively, asking clear and appropriate follow-up questions, and providing direct feedback and answers.
- Identifies actions that may not align to TD's risk appetite and counsels business partners on potential implications.

- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required (JD/LLB).
