We are looking for a Corporate Development Director for a leading investment banking and M&A advisory firm. Key information: Experience: 8-12 years in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, or similar roles. Strong financial skills, including financial modeling (DCF, LBO, Comps). Key responsibilities include: Origination: Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with strategic goals. Deal execution: Lead financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring. Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and senior executives. Special projects: Support analysis, presentations, and process improvements.
