Main Duties:
- Work closely with executive and senior leadership across various departments to identify financial needs and deliver tailored support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights and strategic recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to review financial performance and drive strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership of monthly financial reporting for executives and the board.
- Design and maintain advanced financial models to aid business planning and decision-making.
- Compile and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance assessments, trend evaluations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Examine complex financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, then communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, partnering with department heads to ensure accurate and well-supported budget submissions through thorough review and challenge.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting, ensuring timely and precise updates.
- Track budget performance and provide regular updates on budget vs. actual outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to refine and improve financial planning and analysis processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and integrate them into FP&A activities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business projects and initiatives.
- Build business cases for new investments and strategic ventures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
