We have a fantastic opportunity for a Printer to join one of our long-standing clients.

Main Function:

To carry out all tasks associated with the operation of press equipment to ensure that production output continually meets the required levels within the agreed timescales and that specified quality and security standards are met.

Key Performance Tasks:

• Operate print presses efficiently and cost-effectively to maximize output and minimize wastage.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on your allocated machine.
• Keep the print room and your machine clean and tidy, conducting daily inspections at shift start and end.
• Accurately complete all documentation to maintain a true record of work produced.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required to contribute to the overall success of the business.

Shift Details:

• Shift 1: Mon – Wed 6pm – 6am (34.5 hours ex breaks)
• Shift 2: Wed – Fri 6am – 6pm (34.5 hours ex breaks)
• Shift 3: Mon – Tue 6am – 6pm and Thu – Fri 6pm – 6am (46 hours ex breaks)

Candidate Requirements:

Significant experience with production processes and presses, good IT skills, and the ability to understand and translate written instructions into machine settings. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
