What you’ll do:

  • Lead and motivate our Front of House and Housekeeping teams to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
  • Manage daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
  • Understand the bigger picture to drive improvements and spot commercial opportunities
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel to maintain high-quality standards

What you need:

  • Previous management experience in hospitality or a similar environment leading a team to success
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
  • Excellent team management and communication skills, with a warm, genuine approach and the ability to build trust and support at all levels
  • Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service
