Are you an Environmental Permitting Consultant with experience of waste management, looking to take the next step in your career? This client has a great opportunity as a permitting consultant, working on a wide range of varied projects.
This company is a leading environmental consultancy providing expertise across a range of environmental projects. They cover a range of sectors from water assessment, planning, contaminated land and mineral development. Having been established for 40 years, they have established themselves as experts in the field and are looking to bring on an additional environmental permitting consultant.
In this role, you will assist with projects and oversee others by utilising up-to-date knowledge of environmental permitting and the previous regulatory regimes relating to pollution prevention and control and waste management licensing. You will be liaising with operators in the waste sector and with the Environment Agency relating to a wide range of activities as well as providing technical advice and support to the team. The role offers hybrid working flexibility with the expectation that 3 days a week will be spent in the office.
