Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Avonmouth, supporting one of our new business wins! As a Senior Operations Manager, you will predominantly lead the operation to ensure the operational performance meets all internal business targets and clients’ expectations. This is a full time, permanent position predominately working Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 till 17:00. With this being a 24/7 operation, we do ask for some flexibility, this is logistics after all! Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day: Establish a positive working relationship with all functions. Ensure that the customer’s needs are fully understood and translated into effective operational plans Deliver end to end service within the outbound function Overall accountability for operational performance against KPI’s Responsible for setting, managing budgets for area of responsibility.
