We’re working exclusively with a globally admired luxury lifestyle brand to help them find a People Specialist – Operations & Admin to join their HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, high-trust role focused on keeping the day-to-day People operations running smoothly - from contracts and onboarding to policy reviews and system updates. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy bringing structure to busy teams, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing HR admin processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes
  • Preparing payroll submissions and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Supporting bi-annual salary and performance review processes
  • Reviewing and streamlining internal policies and HR documentation
  • Acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries
  • Keeping data up to date across PeopleHR, Lattice and TeamTailor
  • Helping to drive operational improvements and process efficiencies across the team

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You’ve got 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within retail or a brand-led environment
  • You’re confident working independently, managing multiple priorities at pace
  • You’re happy deep in the detail but always thinking about improving ways of working
  • You’ve worked with HRIS platforms (e.g. PeopleHR, Lattice, TeamTailor, or similar)
  • You’re available to start immediately and open to full-time or part-time working

This role is based in London with hybrid working (typically 2–3 days/week in the office). It would suit someone returning to work, between roles, or looking for a hands-on people role in a fast-moving, values-led team.
