The Solution Consultant is chartered with the critical mission of showcasing how Infor SunSystems Cloud delivers benefits and solves customer business challenges. Objective: To enhance and solidify SunSystems’ position as the preferred choice for cloud-based financial management solutions. The focus is on providing insights, ensuring compliance, and offering adaptability to meet the evolving demands of the Office of the CFO. Roles and Responsibilities: * Demonstrate deep knowledge of Infor SunSystems Cloud and its capabilities. * Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and showcasing how the solution can address their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers. * Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and tailor demonstrations accordingly. * Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process. * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and customer challenges. Expectations: * Deliver compelling and effective product demonstrations that highlight the value of Infor SunSystems Cloud. * Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. * Continuously update knowledge on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape. * Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills. Qualifications: Educational Background: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is strongly preferred. Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. * Proven experience with financial management software, preferably Infor SunSystems Cloud or similar solutions. * Experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, pre-sales, or technical support. Skills and Competencies: * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to understand and articulate complex business and technical concepts. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. * Proficiency in using financial management software and tools. Personal Attributes: * Customer-focused with a strong sense of empathy and understanding of customer needs. * Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
