Role Summary
The main objective of this role is to support the store management team in creating an environment that fosters creativity, employee development and aligns with the Urban Outfitters āVIBEā philosophy, upholding the āPeers Training Peersā culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, motivate, develop and lead a highāperforming team.
- Manage performance development: performance appraisals, individual development plans, coaching, counselling and disciplinary actions.

- Understand and interpret local fashion trends to generate creative solutions.
- Ensure floor sets for the department are well organised and scheduled.
- Maximise departmental sales through analytical and creative merchandise management.
- Utilise company reports to react to trends and drive business.
- Maintain stock levels using relevant reports and market trends.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial skills to exceed store targets.
Requirements
- Experience in a management role within a fastāpaced, highāvolume fashion retail environment.
- Strong operational skills.
