Make outbound phone calls to customers and prospects to set appointments for sales teams. Identify, generate and qualify new sales leads through customer analytics, predictive marketing processes, and existing customers. Explain the benefits of Thomson Reuters products and services to potential clients in a concise manner that creates further product curiosity. Prospect new customers and leads assigned as part of a pooled resource group. Understand specific customer archetypes and needs which are most prevalent within the subsegment and territory. Prospect identification, acquisition of contact data. Run sales campaigns including creating sequenced email to create new sales opportunities. Utilize social media platforms to connect and further score potential leads. Pilot new sales enablement tools. Key goals include volume of pipeline generated, number of appointments set, value of total pipeline created, total revenue of deals closed from appointments set, lead to response time. About You Bachelor\’s degree appreciated, but not required.
