Due to contract expansion, we are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team. As a Multi Skilled Operative, your main duties will include repairs and refurbishment activities in occupied accommodation properties, delivering excellent customer service while adhering to safety, quality, and cost standards. The primary responsibilities involve completing general repairs such as changing doors, taps, baths, and fixing radiators. You will also carry out property inspections and varied maintenance tasks.
Role Criteria:
- Experience and knowledge in at least 3 trades
- NVQ Level 2 or above in a core trade (desirable)
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
