Key Responsibilities: Manage a high-volume caseload of UK corporate immigration matters. Provide strategic immigration advice to clients, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations. Work closely with businesses, HR teams, and foreign nationals to facilitate seamless immigration processes. Utilise web-based immigration case management systems to maintain accurate records. Conduct in-depth immigration research and provide updates on policy changes. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and subordinates to ensure smooth case progression. Assist with internal compliance reviews and audits to mitigate immigration risks. Participate in projects outside the immediate scope of casework, contributing to process improvements. What We Expect From You: Ability to work successfully remotely. 3-8 years of UK corporate immigration experience in a legal or professional services environment.
