We\’re looking for a talented, driven, and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team in London and support Blockchain.com’s ongoing growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building out both Tech and Non-Tech functions across Europe for one of the world’s fastest-growing and most innovative technology companies. WHAT YOU WILL DO Source, recruit, and interview top-tier talent across our offices distributed across the globe (Americas, EU, UK, APAC) Ensure a world-class candidate experience, from the initial point of contact through to onboarding. Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing, skill evaluation, feedback exchange, managing the offer process, and facilitating smooth onboarding. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers across various teams, ensuring a seamless collaboration. Implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to engage the best talent, ensuring you are using the right approach for each hiring need. Craft engaging and compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate the unique aspects of each role and the company’s culture. Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals, universities, meetups, and other key events to build a strong network and attract top talent. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Integrity is paramount – It’s the foundation of everything we do. 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment, ideally within fintech, tech startups, or similar sectors. Previous experience working in both agency and in-house environments is highly valued. A self-starter who is motivated, tenacious, and driven, with the ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining a high sense of urgency. Proven track record of delivering results with exceptional organizational skills, motivation, and follow-through. Ability to identify and address challenges, driving meaningful change where needed. A natural people person who can engage with candidates at all levels, exhibiting a flexible, fearless attitude and excitement about building something meaningful. Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French is highly preferred to cater to the local market.
