Are you a Senior Digital Project Manager looking for a new change of pace? A well established Microsoft partner is seeking an experienced project manager to join their team, working on a variety of different web and mobile based projects of all sizes. This role is hybrid working, 2 days in the office per week (rest of time WFH).
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and delivering multiple digital project workstreams, such as website and app development, while ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Fostering a collaborative and positive team culture to inspire peak performance.
- Structuring and communicating comprehensive project plans to key stakeholders.
- Providing regular progress updates to clients and project stakeholders.
- Translating functional specifications into Agile stories and maintaining backlog management.
- Managing interactions with external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Taking ownership of budget tracking, projections, and financial oversight.
Skills & Experience:
- This role requires full end-to-end project management expertise (not focused on campaign management).
- Strong digital and technical background with experience delivering projects across various CMS and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in diverse project management methodologies, tools, and processes, including Agile.
- Ability to oversee, track, and report on project scope, timelines, deadlines, and potential risks, while effectively managing both small and large projects and programs.
- Skilled at balancing multiple work streams at different stages and understanding their impact on resource allocation.
- Experience with Scrum for project delivery is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach, fostering cross-disciplinary teamwork.
- Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps and/or Jira for backlog management is advantageous.
