Senior Business Analyst | Outside IR35 | Remote with occasional travel (up to 1 day per week) | 6-Month Contract We\βre working with a global organization undergoing a major digital transformation across multiple business units and regions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join on an initial 6-month contract, playing a critical role in driving high-impact programmes across EMEA. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of programmes, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, ERP/CRM modernization, e-commerce delivery, and more. Role Overview Embed within a cross-functional delivery team, collaborating with stakeholders, third parties, and systems integrators to clarify requirements and guide solutions to successful delivery. Operate effectively in both Agile and Waterfall environments, adapting approaches based on each workstream\βs maturity. Focus on understanding the true business value behind initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities. Key Skills Strong fundamentals in Senior Business Analysis, from discovery to delivery. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Skilled in translating high-level asks into refined user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience in backlog management, story refinement, and feature definition. Ability to work with third parties and delivery partners. Confident in running workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions. Key Experience Proven experience in large global organizations within structured governance frameworks. Involvement in cloud migration programmes, including process mapping and business impact assessments. Experience in digitally maturing environments where Agile practices are evolving. Familiarity with Gherkin syntax for writing acceptance criteria. Comfortable working across ERP, CRM, CPQ, PIM, and digital applications. Strong commercial mindset, focusing on business and customer value. Full lifecycle experience from discovery through adoption.
