Our client, a global corporate accommodation provider, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team in London. This position offers hybrid working.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively seeking out new sales and business development opportunities
  • Sell the company's corporate housing offering directly to new and existing clients
  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients by cross-selling other services
  • Carrying out and attending regular client reviews, industry events, and business negotiations to support business development and sales efforts
  • Creating Business Development action plans and sales strategies to increase new business
  • Accurately recording all sales activities onto the company database to support business and sales analytics
  • Participating in the training and development of new sales staff to support and fully equip the team to reach KPIs and sales targets
  • Ensuring compliance with sales and price policies, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an outside sales position in the hospitality or corporate housing industry (hotel, aparthotel, serviced apartments, corporate housing)
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen
