The Role

The people we support live in their own homes. Our staff support individuals in all aspects of their daily lives, helping them choose what they want to do, when, and with whom. Many of our tenants have profound and multiple learning and physical disabilities. Your role is to encourage independence by:

  • Providing regular, and sometimes intensive, day-to-day support, including assistance with personal care tasks and helping them get up in the morning.
  • Being flexible, as support is needed 24 hours a day, and work hours may vary across days of the week.
