You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the inbox, processing orders, liaising with the transport team, responding to customer queries and complaints, involved in reporting and analysis, monitoring and managing customer bookings, and supporting with general ad hoc administrative duties. The hours for the position are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, full-time, office-based.
