Job Description

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints swiftly and professionally.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Producing quotes to customers
  • Working closely with the retail team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to the relevant departments.
  • Participating in product knowledge training and updates to stay informed about our retail offerings.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service representative should have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Competency in using various forms of technology for customer communication
