Job Description

Lodha UK are seeking a commercially astute and analytically strong Financial Analyst to support the Real Estate business.

You will work closely with the leadership team on development related modelling, such as P&L, IRR models, planning viability appraisals, and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Collect and interpret financial data and build financial models
Make projections and analyse the results
Manage junior banking relationships
Carry out processes to manage advisors and stakeholders
Produce financial analytical reports and present insights to the business
Have your own budgetary controls and cost management strategy
Coordinate and liaise with external company directors to manage the administration of group entities
Liaise with tax consultants and implement guidance
Review and improve financial processes and systems

What We're Looking For:

Strong academic background in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years' experience working as a financial analyst
Previous Real Estate experience is a must
Ability to organise and gather information and examine financial information
Advanced Excel knowledge and numeracy
Resilience and confidence in liaising with senior leadership and external stakeholder
