About the Role
The London team is looking to hire a mid-level Interior Designer to support and contribute to the creative and technical delivery of high-profile residential and hospitality projects. Working closely with the assigned project team, you will assist in the development and execution of design concepts, project documentation, and coordination across multiple workstreams. You'll be involved in managing design schedules, specifications, and budgets while maintaining project timelines and quality standards. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling multiple projects at different stages of design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Designers and Design Directors with project documentation, ensuring a focus on design intent and quality.
- Support the Design Directors in developing concepts and design solutions for high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Manage design schedules, specifications, and quotations as directed, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist with styling and dressing properties when needed to support project completion.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to ensure high-quality outcomes and uphold the company’s standards.
- Assist with presentation packages and client-facing deliverables.
About You
You are a talented and organised interior designer with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating high-end, globally recognised interiors.
Requirements:
- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in interior design (ideally within high-end residential or hospitality sectors).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong conceptual design and presentation skills.
- Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
