The Role
We're looking for a Videographer to work closely with the production team to help shoot, produce, and edit video content for our clients. The role will suit a self-starter who is resourceful and meticulous in their approach to work. You must have an intermediate understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro; delivering different video formats, offline editing, multicam editing, colour grading, sound mixing, and an aptitude for organisation. Attention to detail is imperative and you will pride yourself on the quality of work and meeting deadlines.
- Camera Operating
- Assisting on shoots with kit, camera assisting and data management.
- Kit Management in our warehouse
- Video Editing using Premiere Pro. Ensuring all projects are organised and in a good position to pass over to other editors if required.
- Sound mixing and colour grading.
- Assisting other editors with edits. Sourcing stock, music options and SFX. Syncing footage and setting up projects.
- Working with the production team to organise workflows.
- Sourcing props, kit and location for shoots.
- Researching new techniques, skills and updates in the production world.
- Using knowledge of team members and educational tools such as YouTube to learn new skills.
- Pre-production work including, recces, schedules, shot lists and storyboards. Working with other members of the production team to bring these together.
- Creating temp graphics for animators to guide them or creating basic graphics using After Effects.
- Providing feedback on other team members' work.
- Hard Drive & Google Drive data Management
- Maintaining Frame.io and Vimeo.
Skills and Experience
- Competent knowledge in filming with large sensor cameras including Sony FS7, FX6 & Sony FX3
- Ability to operate a range of Cameras and film equipment
- Able to rig and de-rig camera equipment and basic lighting
- Strong organisational skills and ability to comply with production systems and guidelines
- Personable and full of ideas
- Familiar with the pre-production process for filming
- Be a proficient user of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Familiar with Adobe After Effects
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Strong technical knowledge (formats, codecs etc)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a strong problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude
The Offer
- Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
- Full-time Monday-Friday; 9AM-17:30PM
- Flexible working practices, including hybrid
- 28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays (extended Christmas break and birthday off in addition)
