This position is responsible for product categories Clarins Make-Up, Clarins Men and Christmas, working with all members of the Marketing team and wider business to create the right conditions to support continued growth in these categories. You will be exploring new ideas and suggesting innovative solutions, working proactively to plan, execute and develop new and existing brand launches and activities across all our retail channels.
About you:
- Passionate about beauty and have a good understanding of the UK market
- Commercially focused with a creative approach and experience in design, print, buying, copy writing and a feel for visual merchandising
- Flexible team player with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure to fixed deadlines
- Customer oriented, result driven, and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty
Essential qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Brand Marketing in either an FMCG or retail environment in the beauty industry, preferably in make-up
- Proven track record and a passion for customers is a must
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and a confident, convincing and experienced presenter who can communicate at all levels
- Ability to build high quality and profitable relationships
