Qualifications

You don’t need previous care experience – we’re looking for the right values. A great Support Worker will have:

  • A caring, patient and resilient approach
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends on a rota
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • A willingness to learn – full training is provided
