I am very excited to recruit an ATS Project Manager for a global organisation based in the heart of London. This role is a rare opportunity to look under the bonnet of a very high-performance talent acquisition function from an HR technology perspective, reviewing, improving, and driving change for the applicant tracking system (ATS) and its tie-in with the HR system (HRIS). The role will focus on a tier-1 ATS product, an AI (artificial intelligence) platform that feeds into the ATS, as well as the data, reporting, and insights function within the TA team across a 12-month fixed term. This role is perfect for a recruitment technology expert with a strong background and understanding of the talent acquisition function. Stakeholder management skills, talent acquisition operations and processes, as well as strong ATS experience, are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ATS configurations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Facilitate user training across a global talent acquisition team for the ATS and AI platforms.
  • Streamline recruitment workflows, improving operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to align systems with business needs.
  • Lead integrations of new TA technology, including training sessions for users.
  • Deliver data-driven insights, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment reporting, talent acquisition metrics, and DEI metrics.
  • Strong use of Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Develop reporting dashboards, tracking recruitment performance and trends.

The role offers a competitive package of up to £80,000 p.a. on a 12-month fixed-term basis + bonus and benefits. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
