About the Role
As a Diary Manager, you’ll support Business Unit Directors by managing their schedules for maximum efficiency. This includes coordinating complex calendars, prioritising time-sensitive tasks, and offering additional support where needed to enable them to focus on other important initiatives. Sitting within the Applied AI Operations team, you will build strong relationships and collaborate with peers across the wider operations team including Team Coordinators, EAs and Business Managers to enhance operational practices.
What You’ll be Doing
- Managing and prioritising the diaries of multiple business unit directors to maximize their efficiency
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with flexibility to accommodate changing priorities
- Acting as a proactive point of contact, anticipating scheduling conflicts and resolving them promptly
- Providing dedicated 121 support to Directors, offering timely assistance and anticipating their needs
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Supporting directors with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations
- Fostering trusted relationships by collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
