Investment Analyst – Hospitality Focus (PE Portfolio Company)

Our client, a leading private equity fund known for its long-term, hands-on investment approach across Europe, is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team in London. This role will focus on supporting one of their portfolio companies in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the deal team and company leadership on strategic initiatives
• Perform financial analysis, operational performance tracking, and commercial evaluations
• Prepare board presentations and investment memos
• Support growth strategies including financings, acquisitions, and operational improvements within the hospitality space

What we’re looking for:

• Native or fluent German speaker (Mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or private equity
• Experience or strong interest in hospitality, leisure, or related sectors
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
• Proactive, team-focused, and commercially driven mindset
