THE ROLE:
- You’ll be the creative compass for the Design team — leading from the front while shaping collections that speak directly to a global, loyal, and ever-evolving community.
- Define and drive the full design vision and seasonal product strategy.
- Oversee the full design process from concept to delivery — ensuring quality, impact, and relevance.
- Partner with Product, Brand, and Creative teams to align every detail with the brand’s mission.
- Introduce new categories, explore global trends, and lead design innovation with sustainability and scalability in mind.
- Mentor and inspire your team — building a culture of collaboration, creativity, and growth.
- Keep your finger on the pulse — leading research trips, reviewing customer insights, and translating culture into product.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 5+ years of design leadership experience in an aspirational fashion brand.
- A portfolio that shows impact, originality, and commercial success.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams.

- Ability to balance creative vision with commercial viability.
- Based in London and eligible to work in the UK.
